The Prague office of the Byelorussian Steel Works primarily focuses on wholesale supplies of steelwork materials produced by the BSW to the Czech and Slovak markets.

We focus on the supplies of hot-rolled bars, reinforcing steel bars, billets, blooms, seamless pipes, wire and other steel products of the BSW.

Order terms and conditions:

• Products can be ordered in multiples of the loading capacity of a freight wagon, i.e. the minimum is one wagon (in the Republic of Belarus, wagons have a higher loading capacity - about 60 t); ***the minimum order quantity of seamless pipes is 20 t.
• BSW-produced goods can be ordered from 10 t.per dimension. Seamless pipes can be ordered and supplied from 20 t. per dimension;
• The goods are supplied with a quantity tolerance of +/- 10%.

Delivery conditions:

• Terms of delivery according to the INCOTERMS 2000: DAF Belarus/Poland, FCA Malaszevicze (Poland), DDU (Slovakia and other states), CPT/DDP Czech Republic. Seamless pipes are only supplied under DDU (or, as the case may be, FCA Zhlobin BY).

Financial security:

• Supplies without advance payments are subject to arranging a purchaser insurance limit for „insurance against failure to pay“ with Atradius Credit Insurance N.V., international insurers (www.atradius.com). Confirmation will be borne by the supplier. Once the insurance limit is approved, the maturity will range from 7 to 30 days.
• Goods can be also supplied against the provision of the following: payment in advance after the conclusion of the purchase agreement, bank guarantee, or an irrevocable documentary letter of credit opened by the purchaser in a bank acceptable to the seller.

At present, the steelworks hold of 50 manufacturing certificates and 7 quality management system certificates under various standards. Since April 1997, the works’ quality management system has been certified by the German certification institute “TUV / Reinland / Berlin Brandenburg”, and meets the requirements of the ISO 9002:1994 standard. At present, the steelworks hold quality management system certificates under the following standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2009 STB, ISO / TS 16949:2002, ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008, ISO / TS 29001, API Spec Q1.
